Summer has been pretty chill out here in Winfield. =Shed-senpai's mom and sister are coming to visit in 5 days! We've been planning this since March or April, so it's crazy how soon it's coming up. His mom will be here for two weeks, but his sister is going to Earthwatch in Vancouver at the end of the month, so she is just going to stay with us till then. :] Gonna take her clubbing and show her a good time.

And then in August, ~KahtyKat is coming out to stay with us for two weeks. I'm super SUPER stoked about seeing her. It's been a little depressing to know I haven't seen anyone I've known longer than a year since Christmas. D:

Anywho, after she leaves, assuming Kathryn has already had her baby, I will jump on the next plane to Newfoundland to visit/work with my mom for the last two weeks of summer before coming back to BC for University.

As mentioned in my last post, I have a sketch for ~Puchy's art trade, but I fail with photoshop, so today I'm going to colour it with ol' reliable Prismacolours. I also have a new ID coming up, the linework which I drew in CCS last semester. It's pretty cool, I think. it has a hermit crab in it.

The art trades are still open, if anyone wants to add to the list. It's a little slow going at the moment since being unemployed and in an art block is a little depressing. I'm hoping to amp it up a notch though, and get my first art trade and my ID done before =Shed-senpai's mom gets here.

Final note: I've bleached my hair in preparations to dye it Blue and Fushia. That is, if I don't get a job in the next week.
